CMA approves Dangote refinery IPO access for Kenyan investors through GDRs
On 5 October 2026, Kenya's Capital Markets Authority said it had approved a prospectus for global depository receipts that lets Kenyan investors take part in the Dangote refinery IPO, which closes on 13 October.
