Dangote refinery share offer for Kenyan investors still awaits CMA and NSE approval
As of 5 October 2026, the Capital Markets Authority and the Nairobi Securities Exchange had not approved a plan to let Kenyans buy Dangote refinery shares through the NSE, The Star reported. The proposed Kenyan offer period is 5 to 13 October.
