Kenyan court orders Mombasa County to pay KSh 350 million over Mwakirunge dumpsite
On 2 October 2026, Taifa Leo reported that the Environment and Land Court in Mombasa had ordered Mombasa County to pay KSh 350 million to more than 200 Mwakirunge residents over dumpsite pollution.
